ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - 13 Week Contract

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Potential for on-call shifts.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within the Intensive Care Unit. This role may require floating to the Baywood or Heart ICU and PCUs as needed. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments for the best chance of securing an offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications (ACLS and BLS) must be from an approved vendor.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• A valid driver's license to verify residency.
