Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care setting.
• Monitor patients' health status and respond to changes accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Meditech/CPN.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in post-operative recovery for a variety of surgical patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Cardiac experience is preferred.
• Prior Meditech experience is a plus.
