Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Telemetry

Schedule

This position requires a NIGHT shift, 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Candidates are expected to work at least 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend, as well as at least one holiday during the contract.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit, which consists of 40 beds. You will provide essential nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay. Flexibility is key, as you may be required to float to other units or take on charge responsibilities as needed.

Required Experience

• 1 year of recent experience in acute med/surg and telemetry nursing.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Active New York RN license
• AHA BLS certification
