Job Description

As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and effective environment. Your role will include completing necessary health screenings, assessments, and ongoing evaluations in accordance with established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and screenings.
• Provide frontline patient care and support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid professional license or certification relevant to the role.
• COVID-19 vaccination status compliant with onboard requirements.
• Completion of all required health screenings and tests including MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B.
• Successful completion of Trinity specialty specific competency testing.
