Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, rotating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality care in a high-risk obstetrical unit, including labor and delivery. You will be responsible for managing various patient conditions and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk obstetrical bedside care, including cervical ripening, triage, and labor management.
• Circulate in c-sections and recover high acuity patients in a labor and delivery setting.
• Utilize appropriate equipment, such as GE fetal monitors, to monitor fetal well-being.
• Document patient care in Meditech and CPNS systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in high-risk Labor and Delivery care.
• High risk obstetrical bedside training is required.
• Intermediate AWONN fetal monitoring certificate is preferred.
• Current RN license is mandatory.
