Job Description

The Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing and coordinating care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Cardioversion and central line placements
• Management of cardiac arrests
• IV insertions and EKGs
• Pacemaker interrogation
• Managing Code Stroke and Code Sepsis protocols
• Suture and abscess setup

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS, ACLS, PALS & CPI certified
• Strong IV skills in adults and pediatrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred: Trauma experience and Meditech familiarity
