Night 4x12-Hour Shift (18:30 - 07:00)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in an LDRP setting, with responsibilities alternating between Labor, Triage, and Postpartum care. The successful candidate will be part of a rotating staff who will manage multiple patient roles, taking care of 3-4 couplets in Postpartum and 1-2 patients in Labor.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum.
• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum education to parents.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and surgical recoveries (C-section).
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Participate in call hours that may total 16-20 hours in a 6-week schedule, with optional extra shifts available.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an LDRP setting.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
• Certifications: NRP, AWHONN, FHM, and OB surgical recovery (C-section) preferred.
• Experience with EPIC charting system highly preferred.
