Nursing Position - Floor Nurse (RN/LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Floor Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, performing a wide range of nursing tasks in a collaborative environment. The position involves working nights, so flexibility and commitment to patient care are key.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient vitals and conditions.
• Perform wound care, lab draws, and specimen collections.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate charting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care delivery.
• Participate in care plan meetings when applicable.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Prior experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is preferred.
• Experience measuring wounds; nurses will not stage wounds.
• Active RN or LPN license in the state.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour night shift position from 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM, working every other weekend.
