Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Emergency Department at a leading facility, recognized nationally for excellence in clinical quality and patient safety. The Emergency Department is a high-volume center with a commitment to providing outstanding care to a diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced skills in assessing patient conditions and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain flexibility to work in various areas within the Emergency Department as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications required before starting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred.
• Strong teamwork mentality with the ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
