This position offers 8-hour shifts on a primarily day schedule, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiation treatments to patients using advanced technology while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments according to prescribed plans.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Utilize Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and ARIA Oncology Information System in patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate treatment records in the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT registered Radiation Therapist.
• West Virginia State License.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience with IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT and operating Varian equipment.
• Ability to handle an average patient load, including both adult and pediatric populations.
