Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Days - 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours a week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation services team. The ideal candidate will provide individualized care to assist patients in recovery from various conditions, including stroke, orthopedic surgery, and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Provide education to patients about recovery and rehabilitation techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of Outpatient Physical Therapy experience is required.
• New Hampshire PT License or Compact license is required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
