7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, rotating weekends required.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ICU team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and assist in procedures as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (Temp licenses are not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is needed.
• Experience with vasopressors is essential.
• Meditech experience is preferred.
