Job Description

Join our team in East Chicago, Indiana for an incredible travel assignment! Experience the best of Midwest living with easy access to Lake Michigan beaches, national park adventures, and downtown Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions for adult patients.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EHR systems, specifically Epic.
• Assist geriatric patients in their rehabilitation journey with personalized care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (MS OTR) required.
• Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working with an adult patient population preferred.
