ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The ICU Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience required.
• Active Ohio Nursing License or active compact state license required.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications must be current and in hand at the time of submission.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ICU specialty required.
