Travel Med Surg RN

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Med Surg RN to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced registered nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while ensuring adherence to nursing standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor and assess patient health status and provide appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Schedule

This position will require availability for a full-time schedule, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including alternating weekends.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system preferred.
• Candidate must have a permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg setting is required.
