CT Technologist - Acute Care Hospital

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day and Night shifts available. Must be open to working variable shifts and a high need for graveyard shifts. Schedule may include weekends and major holidays.

Job Description

Join a very high volume, fast-paced facility as a CT Technologist. The position requires the ability to work independently and efficiently. Candidates must be adaptable with scheduling, as shifts will be based on unit needs and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures with a focus on high-quality patient care.
• Assist with patient transport as needed based on staffing availability.
• Maintain effective communication with medical staff and patients.
• Prepare and administer contrast media according to protocols.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to radiation safety guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of CT experience in an acute care setting is required.
• Certifications required: BLS, ARRT CT, ARRT R, CA CRT.
• Experience with GE and Toshiba equipment is preferred.
