Flex day/night rotation with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Job Description

Join an independent critical access hospital as a Travel RN, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population. This role enables you to sharpen your clinical skills and make a meaningful impact every shift while enjoying the outdoor pursuits that Vermont has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Coordinate and deliver exceptional patient care alongside an interdisciplinary team.
• Caring primarily for adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric cases.
• Opportunity to serve as Charge RN when needed.
• Engage in a broad scope of practice including medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, outpatient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care RN experience required.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• Current Vermont RN license or Compact Multi-State RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech preferred.
