18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts), including every other weekend and holiday rotations.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 13 weeks of EPIC experience and inpatient rehabilitation or Med Surg experience. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting that treats patients with a range of conditions including stroke, brain and spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs.
• Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.As) and answer call lights for patient safety.
• Engage in comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Preferred experience in Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation related to patient acuity.
