Days and Nights Available: 7 AM - 7:30 PM or 7 PM - 7:30 AM. Shift will be determined during the interview.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Pediatric CVICU will collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to promote patient health through the delivery of professional nursing care tailored to patients' age and condition. Care will be provided in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices and hospital standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in Pediatric CVICU, NICU, and PICU.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork to address the health needs of the pediatric population.
• Document nursing and medical care plans accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to hospital practices and patient care standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric CVICU setting.
• Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or valid compact state RN license.
• Current BLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association; NRP certification preferred.
