Ambulatory RN - Outpatient Wound Clinic

This position offers a schedule of 4-10 hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient wound clinic. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to patients with various wound needs and requires specialized knowledge in wound management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient settings or wound care is preferred.
• Current certifications as necessary for outpatient care.
