Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule

3x12-hour shifts, Night (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend, holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care to laboring patients in a high-acuity environment. Responsibilities include monitoring fetal heart rates, assisting with high-risk deliveries, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring patients.
• Administer medications and IV therapies.
• Perform assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with medical team for high-risk deliveries.
• Assist with procedures such as C-sections and epidurals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred.
• Active RN license required at the time of submission.
• Must have EPIC experience.
