Registered Nurse - LTACH Unit (Night Shift)

Schedule

Night shift: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 36 to 48 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our LTACH unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with a strong preference for LTAC experience. Neuro experience is also required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the LTAC ICU.
• Manage complex patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and symptomatology.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assist with procedures and patient care interventions as needed.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• LTAC and neuro experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system strongly preferred.
