Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Specialty

Schedule

This is a night shift position from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekend hours are required on an every-other-weekend rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our specialized rehabilitation setting, focusing on maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure is required.
• Experience in rehabilitation, med/surg, or skilled nursing is preferred.
