Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Oncology ICU, where you will provide critical care to critically ill patients. The unit consists of 10 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1. Your role involves comprehensive patient care, including the management of advanced medical equipment and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for critically ill patients, including turning, titrating drips, and dressing changes.
• Perform necessary procedures such as tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Must have strong ICU experience, particularly with titrating drips and managing patients on vents and Bipap.
• Experience with CRRT and transplant patients (kidney, pancreas, liver) is preferred.
