Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department setting and be proficient in critical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Manage patient care, including RSI, sepsis interventions, and stroke protocol with tPA administration.
• Perform central line placement and provide care for psychiatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA when transferring patients to other facilities.
• Work collaboratively with a team of RNs, medics, and charge nurses for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2-3 years of ER nursing experience in high-acuity settings.
• Completion of at least 2-3 travel assignments.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
• Preferred: ENPC, NRP, NIHSS.
