Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician with experience in Robotic, Orthopedic, and Neuro/Spine surgeries to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgical procedures in various specialties, including robotics, neurosurgery, general surgery, plastics, urology, and orthopedic surgery.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field and surgical instruments.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare personnel.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid Virginia Surgical Technician license.
• Robotic surgery experience is required.
• Experience in Orthopedic and Neuro/Spine surgeries is preferred.
• Current certifications relevant to the role are a plus.
