Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our team. This role requires critical thinking, compassion, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care with a ratio of 1:4-5
• Perform critical procedures and protocols including STEMI, Stroke, Conscious Sedation, and Intubation
• Utilize advanced monitoring and assessment equipment
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Previous experience in a charge role is preferred
