Job Description

Join a dedicated team within a regional nonprofit healthcare system serving its communities for over three decades. The position involves working within inpatient rehabilitation facilities, utilizing your expertise to support patients in their recovery from various conditions including strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, amputations, and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rehabilitation care to patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and home care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Relevant certification and licensure in rehabilitation or related fields required.
• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred.
