Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Radiology

Schedule

This position offers an 8-hour shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in diagnostic radiology. The candidate will be responsible for performing various radiologic procedures, including operating room cases, fluoroscopy, portable x-rays, and general x-rays in the emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with operating room cases and fluoroscopy procedures.
• Perform diagnostic x-rays as required.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff and patients to ensure quality care and accurate imaging.
• Utilize Cerner for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty of diagnostic radiology.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Holiday Expectations

Applicants must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve).
