X-Ray Technologist - Evening Shift

This is a 40-hour weekly contract position.

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Job Description

The X-Ray Technologist will operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality images while providing care in various departments, including the Emergency Department, inpatient, and operating room settings. The candidate must have a willingness to learn pediatric and neonate imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures and evaluate images for technical quality.
• Operate GE, Phillips, and CareStream equipment.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC and Sectra.
• Float between assigned departments as needed.
• Work with students and perform competency check-offs for their training.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma facility or 2-3 years at a large bed Level 2 trauma facility.
• Current BLS and ARRT certification required.
• Graduate from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program.
• Mask fit compliance is required.
