ICU Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3-12 hour shifts, Sunday to Saturday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in an intensive care setting and be able to collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status, implementing care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and updates accurately in medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
• Life support certifications (ACLS and BLS) must be current and from approved vendors.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
