Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing attentive and compassionate care to critically ill patients while working collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line and arterial line insertions, chest tube insertions, and more.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS & BLS certification required.
• Previous ICU experience is essential.
• Proficiency in advanced nursing skills and procedures.
