Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will possess an active California nursing license and have expertise using the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Utilize the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) system for patient assessments and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system preferred.
