Registered Nurse - Nights

Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 (Nights)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The nurse will be responsible for various tasks including monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vitals and health status, providing timely interventions as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities using the EMR system (Cerner).
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current TN RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with a focus on telemetry.
• Must be willing to float to different units as needed.
