Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Outpatient Orthopedic Experience Required

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience. The position involves working in a general orthopedic clinic with a patient population ranging from ages 15 to 90, focusing on post-operative cases, balance deficits, and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations lasting 60 minutes
• Provide 30-minute follow-up treatments
• Manage a patient ratio of 10-12 patients per day
• Collaborate with clinic staff to enhance treatment efficiency
• Document patient care using AI-assisted technology to ensure compliance

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following clinic hours:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Strong preference for previous outpatient experience
• New graduates are not accepted
