Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in the operating room environment, assisting with various procedures including Pre/Post-operative care and procedures in the Pain Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in the Operating Room and associated departments.
• Monitor and manage patient care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist in outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including anesthesia and surgical staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in an OR setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Valid PA or compact RN license required.
• Experience in procedural nursing (GI/OR/Moderate Sedation) is necessary.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
