Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN specializing in Med Surg to join our dynamic team. The role requires providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and taking responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Educating patients and families on health management and care options.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
