CT/Radiologic Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00). Blocked schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

Job Description

The CT/Radiologic Technologist will perform imaging procedures and provide care for patients. You will be responsible for preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Administer contrast media as required and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety measures.
• Coordinate with radiologists and other medical staff for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Valid ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications.
• West Virginia state licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience with Cerner EMR system.
