Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Job Description

Join our dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Care Unit. You will provide high-quality patient care, support a collaborative environment, and ensure safety and comfort for all patients within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide critical care as necessary.
• Perform various procedures including IV starts, EKG monitoring, and wound care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care planning.
• Educate patients and families on care and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to the end of orientation.
• One year of medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in ICU/Stepdown highly desirable.
