3x12 Hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will provide direct care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient assessments and implement nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and document care in the electronic health records (Epic).
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.
• Epic experience preferred.
