Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and must be willing to float to other departments as needed. The role requires strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the NICU.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a NICU setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
