Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a key role in our rehabilitation unit. The RN will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, ensuring their progress through comprehensive rehabilitation programs tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients with rehabilitation needs.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health management and rehabilitation processes.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during their recovery journey.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
