Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC LPN) for a 13-week contract position. The role involves providing essential nursing care to patients in a long-term care environment. More details will be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient health, including vital signs and behavioral changes.
• Assist in daily living activities, providing support and companionship to residents.
• Document patient care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
