Multispecialty Ultrasound Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 4x10 hours from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM. On-call required Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8 AM, and 24 hours on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multispecialty Ultrasound Technologist to perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiograms, and adult echo. The candidate must be responsive to patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform various ultrasound examinations on patients of all ages.
• Assist in precepting clinicians and onboard new staff as required.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain equipment standards.
• Maintain records and report findings accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• Valid certification in BLS, ARDMS, or ARDMS VT, or CCI.
• Experience with echo stress treadmill procedures is preferred.
