Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with a 36-hour schedule and 24 hours guaranteed. Potential for call required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The selected candidate will work between specified facilities, Float between departments as needed, and is expected to have proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac patients and analyze telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide health education to patients and families.
• Document all patient care activities in compliance with facility protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from an approved provider.
• Active Arizona RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
