Job Description

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a 13-week assignment in Helena, MT. This role involves assisting occupational therapists in providing therapeutic services to patients, contributing to their rehabilitation and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans as directed by the occupational therapist.
• Support patients with daily living activities and functional tasks to improve their quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the occupational therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Document patient care and treatment in compliance with facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid COTA certification and state licensure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
