7A - 7P, rotating weekends, no on-call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor, recovery, and postpartum care, and will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, responding appropriately to changes.
• Assist with deliveries and perform newborn care as required.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience required.
• Experience with cytotec or cervidil patients preferred.
