NICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (7 AM - 7:30 PM), with a commitment of 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional care to our neonatal patients in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate recent experience in NICU and meet all listed qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with life-saving interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding care plans and progress.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in accordance with hospital protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of NICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active Registered Nurse license with no issues on state licensure.
• Life Support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (BLS and NRP required).
• Driver's license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
